That was the year my father began his journey. He had no office, no big names and no safety net, only the determination to work harder than anyone else. He was out all day with clients, showing properties and doing inspections, and he needed a way for people to reach him.

A dear friend of his owned a PCO booth, and he offered something that meant the world: his number. My father could give it to clients as his point of contact, and in his absence his friend would note down every message and pass it on. There was no payment, no favour in return and no hidden benefit. It was kindness, given purely on humanitarian grounds.

Those were the days when people helped each other prosper, quietly and sincerely, without keeping count. Every message taken became a client served. Every client served became trust earned. Slowly, one call at a time, a borrowed number grew into Vaibhav Property Hub.

That is why this red phone sits proudly in our office today. It is not decoration. It reminds us of where we began, of the man who built it all through hard work, and of the friend who believed in him when he had nothing to offer in return. However tall we grow, we never forget the booth, and we stay grateful and grounded.
